Emerging Leader Programme: Class of 2022

Last Friday saw the final session of our Emerging Leader programme. Developed and delivered internally, the purpose of the 12-month programme was designed to discover and develop leadership skills, providing participants with insights into natural and work adapted leadership styles, and exploring ways to positively influence through adopting new leadership thinking and approaches.

Christine Cochrane, People & Culture Director, GEG Capital, said: “A huge congratulations to all of our Emerging Leaders who have learned to think beyond the confines of their current role and area of responsibility, and into the mind of a leader. We have seen promotions and career progression, authenticity, innovation, positive debate and challenge. As an inspirational group of pioneers, they have paved the way and created a network of relationships that will benefit themselves and the Group for years to come. It truly has been a privilege to be part of their journey.”

Ashley Baxter, Organisational Development Manager, GEG Capital, added: “Congratulations to the Class of 2022 Emerging Leaders for their dedication and hard work throughout the programme. Their growth and development into confident and capable leaders has been a privilege to witness and I look forward to following their ongoing success and positive impact across the group. It’s been a pleasure to create and deliver a programme that not only provided development and learning, but also created memorable experiences where participants felt valued and invested in."
