Our Emerging Leader Programme Is Now Live!
Aimed at those within our businesses who aspire to be in a leadership role, the 12-month blended learning programme will encourage participants to think beyond the confines of their current role and area of responsibility, and into the mind of a future leader.
The programme was spearheaded by our People & Culture Director, Christine Cochrane, who is passionate about developing talent at all levels of the organisation and is dedicated to making sure they all have a platform to shine.
Having received a wealth of applications, and following off-site assessments centres, our Talent & Leadership Partners, Ashley Baxter and Marc Muir, have welcomed eleven participants who aspire to be a supervisor, manager or leader into the programme!
Despite the impact COVID continues to have, the programme will kick off on the 24th January with a focus on "Developing Myself & Others". This will include two modules: the Role of a Leader and Communication & Coaching. Both modules have been designed in a way that they can be delivered face-to-face or virtually.
Christine Cochrane, said: “From the outset, the standard of applications was extremely high, and performance during the assessment centres was some of the best I have seen in over 20 years of working in the people development field. It is highly apparent that we have a number of talented and ambitious individuals within GEG Capital, and we are very much looking forward to supporting them on their development journey.”
Congratulations to Adam Goldie, Christopher Allen, Euan Brown, Gordon Magilton and Myria Monoyiou from Mabbett, Fraser MacPherson and Rheanne Urquhart from Global Infrastructure, Anita Avgucevica from Cammach Bryant, Fiona Milligan from Global Highland, Gemma Ross from GEG Capital, and Stuart Macdonald Butler from RCFC.
