Inverness-based investment group, GEG Capital Ltd, has acquired a stake in Bracewell Stirling Consulting, one of Scotland's longest-established architectural practices. The addition of this multi-award-winning leading specialist consultancy, offering design, master planning, 3D modelling, and sustainability services, will bolster GEG Capital’s existing portfolio of planning, design, environment, and construction capabilities across Scotland and the wider UK.
Speaking about the acquisition, GEG Capital's Director, Jia MacKenzie, commented:

Bracewell Stirling, which employs over twenty staff between its three offices in Inverness, Tillicoultry, and Oban, boasts expertise in all scales of private and social housing developments, collaborating with esteemed clients such as Tulloch Homes, Allanwater Homes, Orkney Builders and many Affordable housing providers. Additionally, the firm has established a successful track record in commercial projects, encompassing business parks, supermarkets, hotels, leisure facilities, and medical establishments. Also specialising in the energy and sustainability sector, the team has significant experience in the analysis of energy efficiency scenarios, with certified in-house energy assessors including Passive House accreditation.
