GEG Capital has acquired a majority stake in Grangemouth-based multidisciplinary consultancy, IKM Consulting (IKM). The addition of the award-winning leading specialist consultancy offering engineering, environmental, and surveying services will bolster GEG Capital’s engineering and environmental capabilities, supporting its role in UK energy transition.

Designed and run by our Organisational Development Manager, Ashley Baxter, and supported by the People & Culture team members, Lynn Anderson and Kelly Macleod, the first session of the programme, Understanding Myself and Others, delved into the role of a leader, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the art of effective communication, and the skill of coaching.

One year on from being acquired by Glasgow-headquartered Mabbett & Associates Ltd (Mabbett), Inverness-based Planning and Architectural Design specialist, GH Johnston Building Consultants Ltd (GHJ) has fully integrated into its parent company from March 04 as a new division, Planning & Design to be headed up Kenny Shand.

Developed and delivered internally, the purpose of the 12-month programme was designed to discover and develop leadership skills, providing participants with insights into natural and work adapted leadership styles, and exploring ways to positively influence through adopting new leadership thinking and approaches.

Cammach Bryant, acquired by GEG Capital in 2020, has announced a brand refresh that will see the Aberdeen-based specialist recruiter for the Oil and Gas, Renewables and Space Industries renamed ‘Cammach'.
