Our Emerging Leaders have just completed a session on "Developing and Owning Your Brand", which is part of the "Create Purpose" focus area of the programme.

Our Emerging Leaders have just completed their first Focus Area on Developing Self and Others! Developed by our Talent & Leadership Partners, Ashley Baxter and Marc Muir, the session focused on developing fundamental leadership skills, and explored how we drive personal effectiveness and lead high performing teams.

Following the success of our December assessment centre, this week saw our Emerging Leaders gather for the first time to attend our Emerging Leader Programme.

Aimed at those within our businesses who aspire to be in a leadership role, the 12-month blended learning programme will encourage participants to think beyond the confines of their current role and area of responsibility, and into the mind of a future leader.
